Hi there. Looks like it’s been a while since any activity here, but thought I’d try just in case others are currently training and looking to connect. I’m a psychotherapist with a rather eclectic smattering of passions and offerings. I specialize in the perinatal period and parenting, trauma, and veterans, using mostly mindfulness, somatic therapy, interpersonal neurobiology, and accelerated resolution therapy. I live on 40 gorgeous acres of farm, forest, and creek in Oregon and am realizing it’s ridiculous not to be utilizing it for my clients. I’ve been offering less weekly therapy over the past year and focusing more on intensives, community, and prevention programs. I need help structuring my services in a way that I can safely and ethically bring folks to the magic of this land. Looking at things like forest bathing, hikes, creek walks, mindful archery, and some animal connection (being with, but not full equine therapy as I’m not trained). Glad to be here!
